A Tor service is being launched by Twitter for more secure and private tweeting

Twitter is launching an optimized version of its site as a Tor onion service, an optimization for a more private and secure network. Alec Muffett, software engineer, announced the news today on Twitter: “possibly the most important and long-awaited tweet that I’ve ever composed.”.
