According to the Austrian DPA, Google Analytics violates the EU GDPR

It was reported by Euractiv that according to Austria’s Data Protection Authority, the use of Google Analytics violates the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The decision of the Data Protection Authority is based on several accusations reported by the Austrian NGO NOYB. The complaint was based on a failure of compliance with the Court of Justice decision “EU’s Schrems II”.
