Elon Musk’s Twitter purchase brings up privacy concerns

Wired reported on the emerging privacy concerns coming from Elon Musk’s Twitter

purchase and Elon’s comments. He has the desire of open sourcing Twitter’s algorithm

and authenticating “all humans”. Musk has already floated a real-name policy. Jeffrey

Kosseff, an associate professor of cybersecurity at the U.S. Naval Academy said the

following: "I don't know what Musk means by this, but what would concern me most would

be if everyone had to authenticate their identity with Twitter.”.
