European Parliament approved new procedural regulations for GDPR

The European Parliament has passed fresh procedural guidelines concerning the enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These regulations are designed to streamline data transfers between EU member states by enhancing collaboration among their respective data protection authorities. The objective is to enhance dispute resolution mechanisms and align procedural rules and rights.
