German Data Protection Authority appeals employee data protection law

A decision on an Employee Data Protection Act was published by the Conference of

Independent German Federal and State Data Protection Supervisory Authorities. This

decision is based off a dynamic and developed digitalisation which has power to change

the world of work. The use of artificial intelligence is recommended to being banned by the

authorities, which leads to intrusive data processing.
