Google Analytics reviewed by Danish DPA

Following the decisions from other European Data Protection Authorities like Austria, France and Italy, Denmark’s data protection authority Datatilsynet, have reviewed the use and the possible settings of Google Analytics. Makar Juhl Holst, Senior Legal Advisor at the Danish Data Protection Agency stated that they “have come to the conclusion that you cannot use the tool in its current form without implementing supplementary measures".
