Google's data sharing policies being investigated by Italian competition authority

An investigation into alleged anti-competition violations following Google’s data portability practices was opened by Italy’s competition authority, the Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato. According to the regulator Google has made it difficult for data sharing portability with other platforms, in particular with the App Weople, managed by the Italian operator Hoda.
