Health board following data breach is reprimanded by ICO

A formal reprimand to the NHS Highland health board was issued for a data breach of individuals likely to be accessing HIV services. ICO demanded an improvement in data protection among the HIV service. The HIV service providers reported that “the stakes are just too high”.
