Impresa group incident

Due to the security incident that occurred at the Impresa group, the National Data Protection Authority is investigating the breach of personal data. As the situation is not yet completely known, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority recommends the following:

  1. Changing your user and password to get access to other websites and services if they are the same used when accessing Impresa's digital media.

  2. Avoid opening unknown and suspicious links sent by text message or email.

  3. Pay more attention to your bank accounts and bank cards associated with subscription payments, due to the fact that your personal data may have been affected.

The National Data Protection Authority will communicate the updates of the investigation whenever there are other security measures to be taken in order to protect everyone's personal data.
