Meta discloses updates on teen privacy

New privacy updates for teens were introduced on Facebook and Instagram by Meta. TechCrunch reported default privacy settings on Facebook were included. This will lead teens to encourage themselves to select more privacy settings. Meta and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are also working on building a global platform to prevent teens’ intimate images from being shared without consent.
