Non-material damages granted by the German Court after a data breach

In a recent judgment, it was granted at compensation for non-material damage suffered as a result of unauthorized access by third parties to personal data under Article 82 of the GDPR. It was considered by the German court the possibility of the plaintiff suffer material damages and the obligation of the company to refund all the future material damages resulting from the data breach.
