Portugal Records Nearly One Data Breach Per Day in 2024

Last year, Portugal reported 332 personal data breaches—almost one per day—according to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD). Incidents ranged from unauthorized access to databases to exposure of sensitive information, affecting both public and private sectors.
