Technology firms encounter inquiries regarding their adherence to the DigitalServices Act (DSA)

Major Big Tech companies are under "unprecedented legal scrutiny" due to the EU Digital Services Act, which demands measures to stop harmful content, restrict user-targeting practices, and share internal data with regulators and researchers. Concerns linger about whether these platforms have met EU lawmakers' expectations. Google has stated its intent to share targeted advertising data with researchers in compliance with the DSA.
