The Authority in Switzerland published a guide on conducting data protection impact assessments

Switzerland's Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner has issued an informational document regarding the performance of data protection impact assessments. In accordance with the updated Data Protection Act, this guidance advises federal organizations and individuals to "conduct a data protection impact assessment when the intended data processing poses a significant risk to personal data or the fundamental rights of the individuals involved.”
