The Portuguese Data Protection Authorities pronounces on the STAYAWAY COVID app

The PDPA announced a decision on the data protection impact assessment (DPIA) which was published for prior consultation by INESC TEC two weeks ago. This decision concerns the STAYAWAY COVID system, which tracks the spread of the disease through the voluntary use of an app for personal mobile devices.
